Duties and Tasks of Planning and Developing Department:
The Planning and Development department follows the manager of regional management directly and does the following:
1 Putting suggestions and projects of training plans and raising them to the public management and following its execution.
2 Following the execution of single and group training plans and those participating and raising reports to the public management.
3 Preparing data and information according to samples and statistical applications needed to be fulfilled and raised to public management.
4 Preparing the annual statistical report of the management and raising it to the public management.
5 Nominating officers and non-commotional officers and people for internal and external courses and conferences and seminars by cooperating and assorting with the management departments and the Planning and development department as well in the public management.
6 Following the executions of the recommendations and decisions made by the conferences and seminars cooperating and assorting with the Planning and developing department in the public management

Suggesting plans and projects and preparations of the Civil defense in the emirate and following its execution.
